About Me

In my online yoga classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. My practices not only affect on gross level but it will be impactful for the subtle level too. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed and nourished.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 4 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and balanced.

How to participate

The classes will be hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. We will do all of this in the comfort of our homes. You will need yoga mat and distraction free time.

What to bring

1. Yoga Mat.
2. Computer or mobile phone.
3. Flexible/Stretchable comfortable clothing.
4. Please ensure an empty stomach condition.

Fees

$ 250/Month for 3 classes in a week,(total of 12 classes in a month)
$5 Trial class. One time.
The schedule can be flexible and classes can be adjusted as per your availability. Important thing is to maintain continuity and have daily improvement

Availability

Conducts maximum 3 classes of one hour in a day, class time can be scheduled as per your convenience

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any class can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the class starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through 1on1yog. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the 1on1yog website.

Guest requirements

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email. All ages can attend the class, however young kids would require parents’ supervision.
