About Me

I start my yoga class with basics of sukshm or sthul vyaya according to Dhirendra brahmchari, shuddhikaran pranayam according to hath yogic text, practice of aasana according to there requirement or basics of asana, mudras , bandhas , meditative sessions at the end asana may be based according to their physical conditions. They can expect authentic knowledge or right knowledge of yogic activities. I mostly work on Alignments and always give the anatomy knowledge and technical skills so that they improve their overall personality.

Hath yoga practitioner from last 12 years. National level gold medalist in SGFI, recently got 2nd position in inter University championship and third position in rudrani talent contest. Now persuing M.A. in yogic science from DAVV (Haridwar) that is best place for spritual and physical knowledge. I always shows authenticity in my personality; I have energy and true passion for my teaching, wanting to inspire others. I teach from a place of authenticity, intellectual knowledge and that is supported by my ongoing personal practice of 12 years and exploration of yoga. I believe in thought that "the more you give, the more you get". Before going to class I take time for preparation so as to reach the goals of the class, and always tries to educate and empower the students rather than just teaching them certain poses, so that they learn to u understand and listen to their own body. I always tries to teach the students according to their individuality, because every student is differen

How to participate

The classes will be hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. We will do all of this in the comfort of our homes. You will need yoga mat and distraction free time.

What to bring

1. Yoga Mat.
2. Computer or mobile phone.
3. Flexible/Stretchable comfortable clothing.
4. Please ensure an empty stomach condition.

Fees

$ 250/Month for 3 classes in a week,(total of 12 classes in a month)
$5 Trial class. One time.
The schedule can be flexible and classes can be adjusted as per your availability. Important thing is to maintain continuity and have daily improvement

Availability

Conducts maximum 3 classes of one hour in a day, class time can be scheduled as per your convenience

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any class can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the class starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through 1on1yog. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the 1on1yog website.

Guest requirements

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email. All ages can attend the class, however young kids would require parents’ supervision.
