About Me

My classes are combination of traditional yogic knowledge and anatomy and physiology of human body (modern science) so that practices comes out to be effective and long lasting. I aim to incorporate yoga into life so that it becomes a part and parcel of daily routine. My therapies are to treat and not to subside.

I am a qualified yoga teacher. I did my graduation in Yoga science and now am pursuing Masters in the same field. I have been practising Yoga for more than 4 years with proper knowledge of yogic practices along with body anatomy and have experienced Yoga's immense benefits. I have specialised my learnings and there after my teachings in therapies for different disease and disorders. My style includes all forms of yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Poweryoga,etc) and for every purpose (strength, flexibility, weight loss, weight gain,etc).

How to participate

The classes will be hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. We will do all of this in the comfort of our homes. You will need yoga mat and distraction free time.

What to bring

1. Yoga Mat.
2. Computer or mobile phone.
3. Flexible/Stretchable comfortable clothing.
4. Please ensure an empty stomach condition.


$ 250/Month for 3 classes in a week,(total of 12 classes in a month)
$5 Trial class. One time.
The schedule can be flexible and classes can be adjusted as per your availability. Important thing is to maintain continuity and have daily improvement


Conducts maximum 3 classes of one hour in a day, class time can be scheduled as per your convenience

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any class can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the class starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through 1on1yog. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the 1on1yog website.

Guest requirements

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email. All ages can attend the class, however young kids would require parents’ supervision.
