About Me

My yoga teaching style is very creative and student-focused. I cater to every age group. I take the time to get to know my students as individuals, which allows me to modify my instructions according to their unique learning goals. I design skillful lesson plans, exciting activities, challenges, and engaging thematic units to spark students' interest, attention, and imagination. My central focus during my teaching is on the betterment of physical alignment, breathing awareness, asana holding, consciousness, stability, strength, and flexibility in each pose.

Sakshi Bhardwaj

Professional Hatha Yoga Instructor. I have done Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga Science and several Certifications in Yogasana, Pranayama, and Meditation from Morari Desai National Institute Of Yoga (affiliated to Ministry Of AYUSH, Govt. Of India. I've always been a meritorious student). I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and teaching yoga for 3 years. I have served in various private as well as government sectors. I have been featured in newspapers several times and also, I am a social activist. I am, now a days, helping out my students to achieve their health and fitness goals through online and offline means.

How to participate

The classes will be hosted online. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a link and details on how to join. We will do all of this in the comfort of our homes. You will need yoga mat and distraction free time.

What to bring

1. Yoga Mat.
2. Computer or mobile phone.
3. Flexible/Stretchable comfortable clothing.
4. Please ensure an empty stomach condition.

My yoga session with Sakshi Bhardwaj was wonderful! She is an amazing instructor and provided a great sequence, precise verbal cues, and also allowed space for me to have my own experience on my mat. It's amazing that you get to love yourself during such difficult times of being stuck at home.. I'm thoroughly enjoying the group yoga classes and was pleasantly surprised by how I feel so much more fit in just a short span of time.. I would surely recommend Sakshi as a yoga teacher to everyone! She was very humble and polite during the sessions.


$ 250/Month for 3 classes in a week,(total of 12 classes in a month)

The schedule can be flexible and classes can be adjusted as per your availability. Important thing is to maintain continuity and have daily improvement

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any class can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the class starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through 1on1yog. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the 1on1yog website.

Guest requirements

You’ll need an internet connection and the ability to stream audio and video to participate. A link and details on how to join will be included in your booking confirmation email. All ages can attend the class, however young kids would require parents’ supervision.
